The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of Kazakhstan holds talks with the Norwegian Statoil Company for the development of offshore Abay block in the Caspian Sea, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Sauat Minbayev said.
"We continue to work, particularly on the Abay block. But the work has not been finished. It is a question that Kazakhstan's content in the project has not been negotiated," said the minister.
