Iran commissions biggest port to export petrochemical products

Iran has commissioned the biggest port to export petrochemical products in Asaluye of the Pars energetic region, Iribnews reported.

Iran First Vice President Mohammad Reza Rahimi also attended the opening ceremony.

The port can ship about 35 million tons of petrochemical products a year. About $864 million was invested in the port.

The port's berth can receive about 15 sips with dead weight of 4-100 tons of petrochemical products simultaneously.
