OPEC oil price inches down to 75.46 dollars

The oil price of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) declined slightly to 75.46 dollars by midweek, according to data published Thursday on the cartel's website.

The group's basket price lost 0.29 dollars per barrel (159 litres) on Wednesday, DPA reported.

OPEC's 12 member countries provide over a third of global oil supplies.
