The oil price of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) remained nearly unchanged at 77.76 dollars towards the end of the week, the group said Friday.
OPEC's basket price shed 0.04 dollars per barrel (159 litres) on Thursday, DPA reported.
The cartel's 12 oil ministers are scheduled to meet next Wednesday in Vienna to discuss production levels.
