Deputy Head of Environmental Management of SOCAR (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan) Aflatun Hasanov received representatives of GTZ (German Society for Technical Cooperation), headed by an expert of society Hartmut Yungen, company reported on Monday.
The meeting was also attended by the representative of the Ministry of Ecology of Germany Astrid Mccaferi.
The meeting took place in a complex research lab of Department of Environmental Monitoring of Environmental Management of SOCAR.
During the meeting Yungen told about projects that will be implemented by representatives of GTZ in Azerbaijan, in particular in the city of Sumgait.
Aflatun Hasanov informed the guests about the activities of the departments of Environmental Management.
The two sides exchanged views on the possibilities of mutual cooperation.
