SOCAR Georgia Petroleum is a subsidiary of SOCAR Energy Georgia, which represents the interests of SOCAR (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan) in Georgia.
The head of SOCAR Energy Georgia Mahir Mammadov said SOCAR already second time received the certificate, because a similar document was issued to SOCAR Georgia Gas last year.
