Baku’s energy operator increases purchase of electricity in 2013

The Bakielektrikshebeke Company (sale and distribution of electricity in Baku) bought 8.86 billion kilowatt- hours of electricity from Azerenergy (generation and distribution of electricity in the Azerbaijani regions) in 2013 compared to 8.55 billion kilowatt- hours in 2012, Bakielektrikshebeke told Trend today.

Bakielektrikshebeke bought 8.21 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity in 2011 compared to about 7.92 billion kilowatt-hours in 2010.

The company paid an average of about 93.6 percent of electricity supplied by Azerenergy in 2013 which is similar to 2012.

This index hit 92.2 percent in 2011 compared to 96.2 percent in 2010.
