Iran's oil and condensate exports have been doubled since president Hassan Rouhani took office in last August.

Iranian deputy minister of oil for planning and supervision on hydrocarbon reserves, Mansour Moazzami said that the administration's income from exports of oil and condensates was some $10 billion more than the budget's forecasted figure in last Iranian calendar year (ended on March 20).

He went on to say that the country was forecasted to export one million barrels of oil and 200,000 barrels of condensates per day in last year, while the real exports indicate an increase by 20 percent compared to the budget's figures.

Moazzami also said that the oil export volume during the current Iranian calendar year is also expected to surpass the budget figure.

The country should export 1.3 million barrels per day of oil and condensates according to the current year's budget. Condensate is a type of light crude oil, which is extracted mostly from gas fields.

Iran's crude oil exports stood less than one million barrels per day during the first half of 2013, however the figure started to rise after the Geneva nuclear agreement struck between Iran and six world powers in November, according to the statistics of the International Energy Agency (IEA).

Iran averagely exported 1.07 million barrels of oil and condensate per day in 2013, IEA says.

The figure has significantly increased during the first quarter of the current year and surpassed 1.6 million barrels per day in February.

Iran's oil export is also expected to stand at same level during March, the IEA's latest monthly report said on Apr 9.

Iran has exported averagely 504,000 barrels of condensate per day, since achieving the nuclear accord in November 2013, according to the statistics of the country's Customs Administration.

The country has increased condensate export volume by 258 percent from 195,000 barrels per day during first eight months (March 20, 2013 to November 20, 2013) to 504,000 barrels per day during the last four months of Iran's calendar year, which covers November 21, 2013 to March 19, 2014.
