Kyrgyzstan’s soil appraises at $600 trillion

The explored soils of Kyrgyzstan are appraised at $600 trillion, the first vice prime-minister of Kyrgyzstan, Akylbek Japarov, told reporters on Monday, news agency "24.kg" reported.

All mineral resources in Kyrgyzstan have been discovered in the Soviet times and were appraised at $600 billion.

Mining in Kyrgyzstan may become one of the biggest attractions for foreign investors. "The government of Kyrgyzstan pays precise attention to the issue and even formed a new official body - the Ministry of Natural Resources," Japarov said.
