The Azerbaijani mobile operator Azercell Telecom warns subscribers about potential difficulties placing credit on their phones in the evening on Sept. 30.
The problems will be caused by work to improve the network.
From time to time, the company conducts activities to better the system.
Azercell Telecom has around 3.7 million subscribers and is the largest mobile operator in Azerbaijan.
