Heavy snowfall, accompanied by gusty winds, led to the failure of electricity transmission lines, providing telecommunication hubs of the primary provider - Delta Telecom, technical director of the company Rahid Alakbarli told Trend Capital.

According to him, presently the telecommunications hubs located on the main line in the northern direction, work offline, through internal energy system of the company.

"Today, all major parts of the network and regional hubs were equipped with generators and batteries. It allows to continuously provide data transmission services both inside the Republic and the regions," said Alakbarli.
