BlackBerry phones were awarded the Brand of the Year Azeri Business Award, Azercell Telecom said.
The prize was presented to head of Azercell Telecom's Corporate Affairs and Social Responsibility Department Ulviyye Hasanzade.
According to the company official, the BlackBerry Solution, presented by Azercell for the first time in June 2009, has gained popularity among subscribers in a short period. The BlackBerry combines software and services providing easy wireless access to e-mail, phone, calendar, Web, multimedia and other smartphone business programs.
