The Azercell mobile operator opened a new Ekspress office in Baku to provide subscriber services. The office is located at 9/16 Safarov St.
Subscribers can make payments for calls, use subscriber services and purchase a new phone or number at Ekspres offices. The "one-stop shop" concept is an innovation both for Azerbaijan and the region.
The number of Ekpress offices is growing steadily. Today, there are 11 in Baku and 17 in the regions. The company also has four client service offices in the capital and seven in outlying areas.
Azercell has opened new offices in Gazakh, Goychay, Yasamal and Sabail this year. The company also plans to open new offices in Baku, Tovuz and Khirdalan by late 2010.
