The Azerbaijani Ministry of Culture and Tourism has completed work on creating Internet resource of the Kurdemir Central Library (http://www.kurdemir-mks.az), the ministry said.
At present, the ministry implements a project to automate the library information system and creation of e-resources of regional libraries. Work on the creation of Internet resources have been already completed in the central libraries of Khachmaz, Barda, Guba, Beylagan, Agdash, Neftchala, Ganja, Mingachevir and Zardab.
Work is underway within the State Program on development of library and information sphere in Azerbaijan for 2008-2013 approved by President Ilham Aliyev on Oct.6, 2008.
