The Cabinet of Ministers approved the rules to provide individual information to third parties on a fee basis.

The rules regulate the procedures for granting personal information collected and processed in corporate information systems to the third parties. These rules do not apply to the information services.

According to the law "Freedom of information", strangers have no right of access to the information collected by state agencies.

According to the rules, the information relating to the open category is mainly provided on a fee basis.

The entity of individual information is entitled to demand a legal justification about transferring the information to the third parties.

The personal information may be provided on a paid basis according to the contract signed between the body keeping the register, the owner of the personal information and the person wishing to obtain the information.

The amount of payment is discussed between all three parties.
