Starting from May 18, 2011 Nar Mobile customers will be charged 5 kopecks per call when using 777 Nar Mobile Customer Care service. This charge will apply to pre-paid subscribers. Post-paid subscribers will be able to use 777 Call Centre free for first 5 minutes, and will charged one time 5 kopecks afterwards.
Nar Mobile subscribers can also address their questions and requests, change the services not only via calling to Customer Service, but also through free of charge Interactive Voice guide (IVR), short code requests (USSD), and entering website www.narmobile.az.
