NIKOIL | BANK has signed Microsoft Enterprise Agreement with ULTRA company which is one of the largest systems integrators in the territory of Azerbaijan and this agreement is designed for organizations which give their preference for Microsoft platform as corporate standard, ULTRA company's press release says on Tuesday.
Within the frame of Microsoft Enterprise Agreement the software of all computer fleet in NIKOIL | BANK will be updated and licensed. When there are more than 250 units of computers in the company computer fleet, Enterprise Agreement licensed program is the most profitable way of the transition to Microsoft software licensed.
The optimal scheme of the standardized software set was chosen by ULTRA company licensed specialists for servers and workstations of NIKOIL | BANK.
The director of Information Technology Department of NIKOIL | BANK Emin Mammadov said that "Information security is a main factor in the bank work and it was important to pass on the licensed software. The advantages of using the licensed software, you can see them in the complicated process as data migration on Microsoft Exchange Server. Integral part of this process is to use the assistance of the highly qualified technical experts of Microsoft Corporation within the frame of the technical support service."
The software intends for permanent use of the software within three years with annual payments that allows not to deduct a large amount of the payment sum from NIKOIL | BANK turnover.
During the term of the agreement the bank has been submitted a package of additional free services on Software Assurance program. This program with Microsoft support will allow using the new version of the software free during the entire term of the agreement and it provides free training with the IT specialists in the certified training centers. It provides with direct technical support 24 \ 7 and the right to use Microsoft Office applications on a home PC.
The tandem of ULTRA company and NIKOIL | BANK already has experience of the joint work.
