![]() Azerbaijan, Baku, Feb. 9 / Trend Capital U. Ismayilova / The Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers approved a trilateral general collective agreement between the Confederation of Trade Unions of Azerbaijan, National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) and the Cabinet of Ministers over 2010-2011.
The parties think that in the nearest future softening of negative impact of the global financial crisis on the economy, creating conditions for work, housing and leisure of development employees, ensuring financial, energy, food and environmental safety, the elimination of social inequality, reduction of unemployment and poverty are a priority for socio-economic policy of Azerbaijan.
According to the General Collective Agreement, the parties will mainly cooperate in the sphere of economic policy, wages, incomes and living standards, labor market development and employment, strengthening of social protection, labor rights, labor protection, technical and ecological safety, social partnership and coordination of activity among the parties. There is the information on basic socio-economic indices of the country, including GDP, the ratio of fixed investments to GDP, state budget expenditures on social and cultural activities, density of population, life expectancy, the rate of birth and death, natural increase of population, the average income per capita, real income of the average monthly salary given the nominal and real growth, fixed pensions, the consumer price index and others in the general collective agreement.
