Azerbaijan to apply 'single-window' principle in real estate registration
The State Real Estate Register Service of the Property Issue Committee plans to improve the real estate registration system, introducing the "single-window" principle by 2013, Service Head Damat Bagirov said at the international seminar "Efficiency and Transparency in Real Estate Management," which is being held in Baku March 5-6.
