"Turkmengas" state concern announces a tender.
The subject of the tender is the procurement of chemical products.
All those interested in participating in the tender are invited to:
- to submit a written request ( the applications are not accepted from companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones) for participation in the tender, indicating full name, legal status, country of registration and requisites;
- to familiarize with the bidding rules of Turkmenistan;
- to get the specification for the lot, technical requirements and basic terms of the contract;
- to receive an account for payment of $ 500, or the equivalent amount in AZN (excluding VAT and banking costs) on one lot of participation at no cost.
The tender offers are accepted until 16:00 local time until August 6, 2014.
The tender bids should be submitted to the above address since the publication of the annoucement and accepted for consideration after receipt of funds to the account in two envelopes.
The first envelope should contain the full specifications and requirements for the offered products, as well as all the necessary tender documents.
The second envelope should only contain price offer (technical and commercial specification) on the offered products.
