Turkmen economic society 'MTS Turkmenistan' (a subsidiary of Russian mobile company MTS) has announced an open survey of proposals.
The survey's subject is the right to conclude an agreement for provision of transportation services for delivery of light and heavy petroleum products.
Proposals will be accepted until September 3, 2014, 17:00 (local time).
