President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree amending the 2009 budget of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan, AzerTAj state news agency reported.

According to the decree, in order to ensure timely execution of the State Oil Fund-financed activities related to social and domestic problems of refugees and the issues on their placement, as well as construction of water pipes from the Oguz-Gabala zone to Baku and the reconstruction of the Samur-Absheron irrigation system, in the table given in the 3rd paragraph of Decree 68 of the Azerbaijani President dated February 26, 2009 "On approval of the budget of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan Republic for 2009", in the 1st line the number "80 000.0" will be replaced with "90 000,0", in the 3rd line the number "100 000.0" with "120 000.0", in 4th line the number "110 000.0" with "130 000.0", in the 5th line the number "80 000.0" with "30 000.0".
