A direct flight was opened between the Kazakh capital of Astana and the United Kingdom's capital, London.
Flights on this route are carried out by the Kazakh airline 'Air Astana', a message from the airline's press service said.
"The new non-stop flight between the capitals of Kazakhstan and the UK will employ Boeing 757 aircrafts," the message said.
According to the report, the cost of a return ticket in economy class starts at 110,870 tenges (about $700), and the business class - from 523,000 tenges ($ 3,500), including all taxes.
"The duration of the flight from Astana to London is six hours and 50 minutes, and from London to Astana is six hours and 20 minutes," the message said.
