Defense Ministries of Kazakhstan and Poland signed a military cooperation plan for 2014, Kazakh Ministry reported on Feb. 19.

It the first military cooperation plan signed between the two countries.

The parties will exchange experience in training of personnel for special forces, cooperate in defense industry and Kazakh soldiers will take part in trainings of Polish Naval Forces within the plan.

"Kazakh servicemen actively participate in many international exercises, which testifies that Kazakh Armed Forces are developing successfully," said Polish military attaché in Kazakhstan Colonel Dariusz Karvinski who signed the plan.
