Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev sent a telegram of condolences in connection with the train crash in the Moscow metro.

The telegram says that the head of state with deep sorrow learned the tragic news about the death of people due to train accident, the president's press service reported.

"On behalf of the people of Kazakhstan and on my own behalf, I express my heartfelt condolences to the families who have lost their loved ones and wish a speedy recovery to all the injured in the accident," said the message of the Kazakh president.

On July 15, during the morning rush hour in the Moscow metro, three cars derailed on the on the stretch of the west-bound "blue" line of the tremendous Russian capital's metro network between the Park Podedy and Slavyansky Bulvar stations.

Some 20 people were killed, 160 injured, more than 40 people were hospitalized in critical condition, according to the recent reports.
