Kazakh tourists in Israel have been taken to a safe place after the cancellation of the flights from Israel to Turkey, Kazakh Foreign Ministry said on July 24.

"Kazakhstan's Foreign Ministry tightly controls the return of the country's citizens that cannot return from Israel to Turkey as the flights of the Turkish airlines have been cancelled. Tonight, all 13 Kazakh citizens that were taken to Palestine by the TezTour company, after the cancellation of the scheduled flight to Turkey, were returned to Jerusalem with the efforts of Kazakh consul and embassy in Israel due to the tense situation in Palestine," the Foreign Ministry said.

"At the same time, two Ukrainian and two Russian citizens were taken out of the city of Bethlehem with the efforts of Kazakh diplomats. Currently, negotiations are underway to return the Kazakh citizens to Turkey," the ministry stressed.

More than 800 civilians, including women and children were killed during the Enduring rock operation which was started on July 7 by Israel in the Gaza Strip.

It was also reported that Israeli army lost 45 soldiers during the military operations.

Some airlines have cancelled the flights to Israel due to the military operations.
