Temporary duties of Kazakh Security Council's secretary were entrusted to Adilbek Dzhaksybekov, Kazakh president's press service said Aug. 14.

"By the decree of the head of state, the temporary duties of the secretary of the Security Council of the Kazakhstan Republic were entrusted to Adilbek Dzhaksybekov Ryskeldinovich - the Secretary of State of the Kazakhstan Republic," according to a message from the press service.

Dzhaksybekov has been serving as the secretary of state since April 3, 2014.
