A meeting was held between Kazakh Ambassador to the UAE Kairat Lama Sharif and the business community of the Umm Al Quwain Emirate of the UAE on Sept. 10.
During the meeting the parties mulled the need to develop cooperation between the countries' regions, Kazakh Foreign Ministry said.
Kairat Lama Sharif handed over an official invitation of Kazakhstan's Kyzylorda Region to the Umm Al Quwain Chamber of Commerce and Industry Head Saeed bin Nasser Al Talay.
By this invitation the chamber head is invited to take part in the 4th Investment Forum Baikonur, which is to be held Oct. 29-30 in the cities of Kyzylorda and Baikonur.
During the forum, the emirate's businessmen will also visit the Baikonur Cosmodrome, which will launch the spacecraft Soyuz-U.
