By Elena Kosolapova- Trend: Kairat Sharipbayev was appointed to the post of General Director of Kazakh gas transporting company KazTransGas, the company reported Oct. 28
Earlier Sharipbayev served as Chairman of the Board of KazTransGas Aimak.
He will replace Serik Sultangali at this post.
Meanwhile former deputy General Director of KazTransGas Aimak Ibulla Serdiyev was appointed to the post of General Director of this company, the company said.
Kairat Sharipbayev was born in 1963 and has been working in the gas industry since 2001. In 2001-2004 he served as the Deputy General Director for Marketing of KazTransGas company, in 2005-2006 - the Managing Director for Commerce of Kazakhstan Temіr Zoly (Kazakh railways), in 2006-2008 - chaired the Board of Directors of Danko company.
Since January 2009 Sharipbayev headed KazTransGas Aimak company.
Ibulla Serdiyev was born in 1976. He has been working in the gas industry since 2003. In 2009 started working in KazTransGas Aimak. Since September 2013 Serdiyev served as Deputy Director-General of the company.
KazTransGas joint stock company was created in 2000 to organize work in the oil and gas industry. It operates in the corporate asset management in the exploration, production, transportation and distribution of gas. KazTransGas was determined the national operator in the field of gas and gas supply in accordance with the Kazakh government's decree No 914 dated July 5, 2012. KazTransGas group of companies includes businesses and organizations producing, transporting and selling gas.
