Aidar Arifhanov has been appointed the new deputy minister of national economy of Kazakhstan, the press service of the ministry said Nov.18.
Minister of National Economy of Kazakhstan Erbolat Dossayev has introduced Aidar Arifhanov, the new deputy minister, to the staff of the ministry, according to the press service.
Arifhanov has previously served as vice minister of Finance, deputy head of the office of the prime minister of Kazakhstan, vice minister of labor and social protection of Kazakhstan, adviser to the prime minister, deputy chairman of the Agency for Informatization and Communication, and managing director of the Kazakhtelecom JSC.
From May 2011, he has served as the deputy chairman of the Kazatomprom JSC for economics and finance affairs.
