Kazakh Kaztemirtrans JSC increased its production and financial performance in the second half of 2015, the company's press service reported.
Kaztemirtrans transported 92.64 million tons of cargo in 2015, including 83.71 million tons - within Kazakhstan, 8.93 million tons - through traffic and abroad.
Company's cargo transportation in the second half of 2015 increased by 15 percent compared to the first half, the volume of international traffic increased by 26 percent, revenues from operations of wagons - by 14 percent.
In 2015, Kaztemirtrans' 13,500 wagons underwent the scheduled repair, the costs of which have been optimized by 8 percent.
The number of cases with safety rules' violation decreased by 33 percent in 2015.
The company's park was supplemented with 857 wagons of Kazakh production in 2015.
Kaztemirtrans (a %100 subsidiary of Kazakhstan's Temir Zholy National Railways) - is an operator of Kazakhstan's cargo wagon park.
Kaztemirtrans park has about 58,000 freight cars of various types.
