Kyrgyzstan has published a report in which the country blames Tajikistan for an armed incident, which took place on Jan. 11, Avesta.tj reported.
The report stresses on Saturday Kyrgyzstan was holding plan actions on the construction of bypass road near the border.
The construction of the road was caused by the need to provide security and free movement of Kyrgyz people, without passing through Tajikistan's Vorukh enclave there.
Bishkek also called Dushanbe to compensate economic harm, caused by the incident.
