The Government of Kyrgyzstan allocated $3 million for solving the problems of residents in Barak enclave, 24.kg news agency reported on August 21. The order was signed by Kyrgyz Prime Minuster Dzhoomart Otorbayev.
The money will be spent on design and construction of a new infrastructure of "Sary-Kolot" residential area in Kara-Suu district of Osh province, where Barak enclave residents will be relocated.
In particular, more than $2.396 million will be spent on developing the territory of "Sary-Kolot" residential area, $603,850 will be granted to resettled residents.
Each family will receive 200,000 soms.
