Tajikistan and Belarus are planning to establish a joint venture on production of electrical transformers, Avesta.tj reported on March 12.
The director of Tajikistan's "Transformator" enterprise Zikrillo Begmatov said the company expects a delegation from Belarus to come in April.
The negotiations on the establishment of a joint venture between the sides started in 2012 and since then Belarussian delegation has visited Tajikistan three times.
The Tajik side expects the delegation to bring a feasibility study of the project including the production sale issues.
The negotiations are expected to take place on the governmental level.
The joint venture will be created on the basis of Tajikistan's "Transformator" enterprise and will need investment in an amount of about $10 million.
