Annadurdy Kosayev has been appointed Deputy Minister of Road Transport according to Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov's decree.
In September 2013 the Turkmen government signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the International Road Transport Union (IRU) to develop the Euro-Asian transportation routes through the territory of Turkmenistan.
IRU represents the interests of car carriers of Europe, America, Asia and Africa. The organization consists of more than 180 members from 74 world's countries.
