Turkmenistan exceeds forecast of state budget’s revenue part

The revenue part of Turkmenistan’s state budget was fulfilled at the level of 100.2 percent, expenditure part – 88.2 percent according to the results of January 2016.

The revenue part of Turkmenistan's state budget was fulfilled at the level of 100.2 percent, expenditure part - 88.2 percent according to the results of January 2016, the country's ministry of economy and development said.

According to the state budget approved by the parliament, Turkmenistan's revenues will be amounted to about 102.478 million Turkmen manats, expenditures - to about 104.878 million manats in 2016.

The official exchange rate remains at 3.50 Turkmen manat/$1 in Turkmenistan from January 2015.

The revenue part of Turkmenistan's state budget is formed mainly by such important sectors of the production sphere, as oil and gas, chemical, electricity, and construction.

Agro-industrial complex, spheres of transport and communication, textile and food industry will also receive their further intensive development.
