The Turkmen Industry Ministry has extended tender on construction of a plant for the production of thermal insulation materials in the district named after Turkmenbashi of the Balkan region of the country.
The participation fee is $200 or its equivalent in Turkmen manats.
The bids will be accepted until March 7, 2017.
The account for money transfer will be indicated upon submission of the written application.
Packages of tender documents will be accepted in two envelopes.
The envelope with commercial offer includes only the price specification, while the envelope with technical proposal includes all other required documents.
