In his interview to news agency ISNA Deputy Commander of Iranian Navy Gulamrza Hadim spoke about features of the first destroyer "Jamaran" delivered to Iranian Navy on Friday.
He said that at present the specialists of the Iranian Navy are working over the second destroyer, to be used in the north of Iran in the Caspian Sea.

"Jamaran" is able to fight with the objects located on the water, underwater and in air. Moreover, helicopters can be deployed on board of the destroyer, as well as it can be used in "electronic war".
Hadim said that the production process of the second destroyer in the north of the country is implemented successfully. Soon it will be put into operation.
He said that it will be like its previous model.
