The Islamic Republic of Iran and Sultanate of Oman held on Sunday a joint Technical Expert Group meeting in Tehran to mull an agreement on border security and anti-smuggling campaign, IRNA reported.
The two-day meeting covers border and security issues, campaign against smuggling of goods, alcoholic dinks, drug trafficking, fuel, third country's citizens border trafficking and following up the security greements already signed between the two countries.
Meanwhile, Omani delegates will meet Ali Abdollahi, the deputy Interior Minster for security and and police affairs.
