The sudden wave of earthquakes in Iran continue, as today morning two more quakes hit the Islamic Republic, IRINN reported.

One 3.9 Richter scale measured quake occured in Kiyaser city of Iran's Mazandaran province near the Caspian Sea, and the other 4.0 quake hit Iran's Abadan city of Khuzestan province.

The relief operations continue at the quake affected areas, and according to the latest statistics 37 people died as a result of the quakes, and over 850 were injured.

Head of Iran's Red Crescent Society Mahmud Muzaffar said that all the victims of the quakes have been taken out from the rubbles, adding that about 1000 tents were installed in the quake affected areas.

An earthquake measuring 5.4 on the Richter scale occured in Iran on Wednesday on 6.28 in Kaki, the province of Bushehr.

The earthquake did not affect the operation of the Bushehr nuclear power plant, as it occurred at a distance of more than 100 kilometers away, according to the Fars agency.

In addition, according to the Iranian media, a mountain has been destroyed, debris of which fell on the city Shonbeh. It is noted that the most severe damage occurred in this city.

On Tuesday night an earthquake measuring 6.1 on the Richter scale also happened in Bushehr province.
