Iranian court of Appeals has approved the 8-year sentence in prison for Saeed Abedini, an Iranian American Christian pastor, ISNA news agency quoted Abedini`s Attorney, Naser Sarbazi as saying.
The sentence is definite he said, adding that, he will do any legal effort, including appeal to the head of Iran's judiciary Sadiq Amoli Larijani for violation of the sentence.
On January 27, 2013, Abedini was sentenced to eight years in prison by Islamic Revolutionary Court, on charges of undermining national security through establishing home churches in Iran in the early 2000's.
