Head of Iran Civil Aviation Organization Alireza Jahangirian said Monday that 11 committees have been tasked with investigating the plane crash in Tehran on Sunday, IRNA reported.
Jahangirian said the decision was made in a meeting today to examine the air disaster in presence of the minister of roads and urban development.
He said the minister of roads and urban development presented a report on decisions made by the government over the deadly crash and the presidentˈs order to ban the flights of this type of plane (Antonov 140).
He said that Ukraine which designs and produces Antonov 140 has been asked to participate in the investigations.
He said the black box of the plane has been found.
