A document on opening a Baku-Mashhad flight will be signed during the official visit of Iranian President Hassan Rouhani to Azerbaijan, a member of Iranian parliament's Mines and Industries Commission, Ali Alilu told Trend on Nov.7.
Alilu, who is on a visit to Baku, said the opening of the flight will create trade relations between Azerbaijan and northeastern provinces of Iran, including the Razavi Khorasan province.
Earlier, Iranian Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Mohsen Pak Ayeen said that Azerbaijani Airlines CJSC and Iran Air held negotiations for the opening of Baku-Mashhad flight.
