Iran is going to hold an international conference on energy on Monday and Tuesday.
Experts and officials in the energy sector as well as Iran's vice presidents and ministers will attend the event, SHANA news agency reported May 27.
The participants will focus on strategic issues in the energy sector as are required in the developing global community, according to Davud Manzur, the secretary of the conference.
Besides 500 Iranian researchers, 60 specialists from 22 countries of the UK, US, Germany, Turkey, Austria, Canada, Japan, Italy, Belgium, Greece, Australia, China, Finland, Kazakhstan, New Zealand, Jordan, Pakistan, Spain, India, UAE, Finland and Lebanon will take part in the gathering, he said.
