The total volume of oil products loaded and unloaded at Iranian ports surged by 24 percent over the last Iranian month (Dec. 21, 2016-Jan. 19, 2017) as compared to the same period of last year.
According to the country’s Ports and Maritime Organization, 14.2 million tons of oil products were loaded and unloaded at ports across Iran during the period.
In the mentioned period, the country unloaded about 1.8 million tons and loaded about 12.4 million tons of oil products at its ports.
