Iran’s Aras Free Trade and Industrial Zone Organization (AFTZO) intends to hold a public bid for ceding the semi-finished building of Aras Four-Star Hotel, with 19,409.51 square meters of built-up area in 12 floors.
The Hotel is located in the tourism site of the region, extending in an area of 18,000 square meters.

The value of land and building based on the current conditions: 133.611 billion rials.
The guaranteed price of the tender: 3.84 billion rials.
