The exchange rate of US dollar against the Iranian national currency witnessed 59 rials increase reaching 38,382 rials on Feb. 6 in free market in the Islamic Republic.
According to the country’s real time data sharing system on transactions, traders in the free market also saw 241 rial surge in the rate of euro against Iran’s national currency, posting 41,774.
The British pound also increased 119 rials reaching 48,621 rials in the free market.
The Central Bank of Iran put the official rate for US dollar, euro and British pound at 32,371 rials, 34899 rials and 40,414 rials on the same day.
