The Gharb Regional Electric Company (GHREC), a subsidiary of Iran’s Energy Ministry, intends to hold an international tender for Procurement and Finance (PF) of a package of projects comprising transmission and sub transmission substations at 230 and 63 kV voltage levels and underground 63 kV cables.
All stages of tendering from receiving and delivering prequalification documents to preparation of the list of qualified bidders will be carried out through the Government Electronic Procurement System website, www.setadiran.ir.
Regarding the unregistered bidders, registration on the mentioned site and reception of an electronic signature certificate in order to make the participation in the tender possible must be done.
The interested bidders may receive the prequalification documents until March 11, 2017.
Closing date for sending the replies to prequalification would be at the end of office hour of May 13, 2017.
