Guilan Regional Electric Company (GILREC), affiliated with Iran’s energy ministry, intends to pre-qualify bidders for engineering, procurement of equipments, and financing of 9 units of sub-transmission GIS type 63/20 kV substations through Foreign Financing Method (EPF) via an international tender.
Applications for pre-qualification received in soft copy shall be filled in, printed and signed, sealed and submitted in sealed envelopes to the below address until July 11, 2017.
