Iran’s government-owned IDRO (Industrial Development & Renovation Organization) signed a memorandum of understanding with the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) to carry out studies for development of three oil fields.
The deal was signed by Gholam Reza Manouchehri, deputy head of NIOC, and Mansour Moazzami, head of IDRO, on May 8 in Tehran, IRNA news agency reported.
Under the MoU, the IDRO will undertake studies in Iran’s Susangerd, Cheshmeh-Khosh and West Paydar oil fields for development as well as for increasing oil recovery rate of the fields.
